Auto-fill not working on Google Chrome

You may try the following steps to troubleshoot:

1. Update the Chrome to the latest version

2. Check the settings of Google and enable the Auto-fill: Settings > Google > Auto-fill> Auto-fill with Google > Enable "Use auto-fill with Google"

3. Check the settings of Chrome and enable the Auto-fill:

(1) Chrome > three dots in the upper right corner > Settings > Passwords > Enable "Save passwords" (If only a few websites cannot be auto-filled, please confirm whether the website is saved at the bottom of this page)

(2) Chrome > three dots in the upper right corner > Settings > Payment methods > Enable "Save and fill payment methods"

(3) Chrome > three dots in the upper right corner > Settings > Addresses and more > Enable "Save and fill addresses"

4. Check the "sync" of Chrome: Chrome > three dots in the upper right corner > Settings > Turn on "Sync" (If customers use a new phone or have switched Google accounts, please guide the customers to log in to the original Google account then turn on the sync. If not, the saved information will not be auto-filled).

5. Clear the cache of Chrome and try again.

1. The Auto-fill is provided by Google. If users are concerned about information, they can refer to Google's official instructions:https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95606

2. If some websites are unable to be auto-filled, it may be the website is not considered secure enough by Google to obtain information from Chrome; or the website is secure, but the website prevents Chrome from detecting certain fields (such as website Encrypting the password field will cause Chrome to fail to detect the password field and will not auto-fill the password)
