Both 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and bluetooth use the 2.4G frequency band, and simultaneous use may cause mutual interference, which will affect the performance of both bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

Solution:

1. Connect to 5GHz Wi-Fi to use.

If the router supports 5GHz Wi-Fi, please connect to 5GHz Wi-Fi.

2. Priority to use Wi-Fi or Bluetooth according to demand.

If you need to use Wi-Fi urgently, it is recommended that you turn off bluetooth first. If you need to use bluetooth urgently, it is recommended to turn off Wi-Fi first to avoid interference, and give priority to completing the current tasks.

3. Restore system settings.

realme UI 3.0 & above versions:  Settings > System settings/Additional Settings/System & update > Back up and reset > Reset phone > Click Reset system settings only and then reconnect to WiFi and Bluetooth.

realme UI 2.0 & 1.0: Settings > Additional settings > Back up and reset > Erase all data > Click Reset system settings only

realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.

If the above methods do not solve your problem, it is recommended that you back up your data and go to the realme customer service center for testing.
