Problem causes:

1. The metal contacts of the earphone or the charging port/pillar of the charging case are dirty or damaged.

2. There is a problem with the charger or the data cable.

3. The charging environment temperature is not appropriate.

Solution:

1. Please check the charging contacts of the earphones, the charging column in the charging case, and the charging port (you can use the flash of the phone to check the charging column and the charging port in the charging case ) for dirt or foreign matter, and try to clean it. (Cotton swabs can be used for cleaning the charging column.)

If the charging port is dented, you can try using a toothpick to reset the charging post.

If the charging port is dirty, you can try to clean it with a toothpick wrapped in a clean cloth or a small cotton swab.

2. Please try to replace other chargers (data cables), it is recommended that you use the original data cable to connect the adapter (it's recommended to use a power adapter of 5V/2A and above) for charging.

*Some power banks do not support low current mode charging, which will result in the inability to charge the Bluetooth earphones. Please avoid using the power bank.

3. According to the chemical characteristics of lithium batteries, in order to ensure the safe use of the earphone battery, the product cannot charge the earphone when the temperature is lower than 0°C or higher than 47°C. It is recommended that you charge the earphones at a temperature of 3°C~45°C.
