Problem phenomenon:
Bluetooth turns on or off automatically
Cause:
Some third-party apps may turn on Bluetooth in the background without your permission.
Solutions:
1. Restart your phone to try again.
2. Reset the network settings to try again.
realme UI 7.0 & 6.0: Settings > Search "Reset network and Bluetooth settings" in the search bar > Reset network and Bluetooth settings.
realme UI 5.0 & 4.0 & 3.0: Settings > Search "Reset network settings" in the search bar > Reset network settings.
realme UI 1.0 & 2.0: Settings > Additional Settings > Backup & Reset > Erase all data(factory reset) > Reset network settings/settings only.
realme UI R & T & Go & S & U Edition: Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile& Bluetooth.
3. Reset your phone to factory settings.
If none of the above methods work, please back up your phone data and restore your phone to factory settings to try again.
Step: Go to Settings > Search "Reset phone" in the search bar > Reset phone > Erase all data.
