If the calculator fails to switch to a scientific calculator, you can follow the steps below:
1. Long press the calculator app icon on the desktop > App Info > Storage usage > Clear data/cache.
2. Please back up the data (contacts, text messages, etc.) in the phone, and try again after resetting the phone to factory settings.
realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Settings > System & updates / System Settings / Additional Settings > Back up and reset > Reset Phone > Erase all data, enter password, and click "Clear Data".
realme UI 2.0 & 1.0: Settings > Additional Settings > Reset Phone > Erase all data, enter password and click "Clear Data".
realme R & Go & T & S & U Edition: Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data, enter password and click "Clear Data".
If the above methods do not solve your problem, please bring the purchase invoice, warranty card, and phone to the nearest realme service center for inspection and processing.
