Problem phenomenon:
Call waiting is not working.
Solution:
1. Please turn off and on the Call waiting, then try again.
Path: Open the Phone app > Tap More options > Setting > Calling Account > Operator related setting > Carrier call Setting > Additional Setting > Turn Call waiting on or off.
2. Please reset the network settings to try again.
realme UI 2.0 and above versions: Settings > Search "Reset Network settings" in the search bar > Reset Network settings/Reset Network settings only.
realme UI R & T & S & Go & U Edition: Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
Note: Performing this operation will not wipe any of your data.
3. In case none of the aforementioned solutions work, we recommend reaching out to your carrier for further assistance. Although most carriers offer call waiting, there may be some who do not provide this service.
