Problem Description:
1. Unable to make video calls in contacts.
2. Unable to make video calls in call history.
Cause:
Google Dial video call calling logic leads to.
Solution:
1. Unable to make video calls in contacts:
If there is no SIM card inserted, please click on the setup button in the contact details interface, click to redirect to Google Meet and log in to your Google account, and then come back to continue making video calls. If a SIM card is already inserted, please directly make a video call.
2. Unable to make video calls in call history:
The reason why the video dialing button in the call history is grayed out is that the user has only made voice calls to the corresponding contact before (no video calls have been made). You can make a video call from the contact interface.
