Problem phenomenon:
After changing the theme or use a third-party lock screen or theme software, when the phone is charging, the charging icon disappears/discolors/deforms.
Cause:
Theme or third-party software compatibility issues.
Solution:
If you change the theme or use a third-party lock screen software, the charging icon may display abnormally due to compatibility issues. You should switch to the default phone theme or close the third-party lock screen software and try charging again.
Note: If you switch to the default theme and close the third-party software, there will still be an abnormal charging icon, please go to the service center for testing.
