When your order meets any of the following conditions, COD (Cash on delivery) will not be supported:
1. Discounts Not Supported: Coupons not applicable with COD are applied and Exclusive online payment discounts are used.
2. Product Not Supported: Products in the order do not support COD and when realme care products are included in the order.
3. Activity Not Supported: Orders are for reserved products, such as blind booking, deposit pre-sales, or full payment pre-sales.
4. User Not Supported: Frequent order rejections will disable COD for your account and repeated behavior may lead to blacklisting by the system.
5. Pincode Not Supported: The shipping address is in an area where COD is not supported.
6. Order Amount Not Supported: The order amount exceeds the upper limit of 30,000 rupees.
Note: realme may prohibit COD based on real-time conditions.
