Solution:

1. Double-click to answer or hang up function does not support third-party apps.

2. Use realme Link to customize the touch method.

3. When touching, please use your finger pulp, not your fingernail. Make sure that the touch is on the touch area of the earphone.

4. Please make sure the earphones and fingers are dry, try to wipe the earphones or fingers clean and try again.

5. Please update the earbuds firmware to check it again. 

6. Reset the earphones and try again.


If the above methods do not solve your problem, please back up your data and visit the nearest authorized realme service center for testing.
