Problem Description: 

The earphones connect properly to the phone, but not to the laptop.


Causes:

The laptop did not adjust the Bluetooth devices discovery option to Advanced.


Solution:

This is caused by the Windows 11 system settings, not the device. When adding a Bluetooth device, Default lets you connect common accessories. You can choose Advanced to see all types of devices.

1. Open Settings (Win+I).

2. Click/tap on Bluetooth & devices on the left side, and click/tap on Devices on the right side. 

3. Under Device settings, select Advanced in the Bluetooth devices discovery drop menu for what you want.
