Problem phenomenon:

Earphone active noise cancellation works well in the low frequency range, such as airplanes, trains, or offices (near air conditioners, etc.), and is less effective at higher frequencies, such as human voices.

Solution:

If your earphones have poor or insignificant active noise cancellation, please follow the steps below:

1. To get the best noise cancellation effect, please choose the ear tip that fits your ear size. realme provides 3 sizes of ear caps for your convenience.

2. Check whether the sound outlet, vent hole, and MIC hole of the earphone are clogged or blocked by any foreign objects. If so, please visit the realme service center for maintenance.

3. To maintain the performance of your earphones, it is recommended that you clean them once a week.

4. Make sure your earphone software is up to date.

Please refer to the "realme earphones Firmware Upgrade Guide"  to update the earphone software to the latest version in time.

5. Turn on the noise reduction feature of the earphone.

Select the "Noise Cancellation" mode, the earphone will have a prompt sound to remind the corresponding state during operation. You can choose the most suitable noise cancellation mode through realme Link to experience it.
