realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Settings > Safety & emergency > Medical info
realme UI 2.0: Settings > Security > Emergency SOS > Emergency information
realme UI R & T & Go & S edition: Settings > Search "Medical information" in the search bar > Medical information
realme UI 1.0: Not supported
You can enter your name, height, weight, sex, blood type, date of birth, organ donor, and health in the Medical info.
