Battery health (State Of Health, %) reflects the aging degree of the battery which is convenient for users to query the health status of the battery of the mobile phone. The maximum battery capacity is described in the phone settings. The maximum battery capacity is relative to the battery capacity of a new battery. The lower the maximum battery capacity, the shorter the battery life.


Maximum Capacity Introduction

Hello, the phone has a built-in battery health engine, so that the battery of the mobile phone can still maintain 80% of the power after a long charging cycle. The battery health of more than 80% is a value with a better experience, and it can be used normally if it is lower than this value. 

But from your experience, if you find that the battery's health is lower than 80% then it is recommended that you go to the service center to check or replace the battery.

Different battery health meaning

1. Maximum capacity is greater than or equal to 80%: No prompt.

2. Maximum capacity is less than 80%: It indicates that the health status of the battery has dropped significantly, and the battery life will drop significantly.

3. Calculating: It prompts that you need to use the device for some time before you can get the data.

4. Battery data acquisition failed:

  • It indicates that the battery contact is abnormal, please consult the realme service center.

  • It prompts that the battery-related information cannot be obtained, please consult the realme service center.

  • It prompts that the official battery is not installed, and the battery health information cannot be obtained. Please consult the realme service center.
