1. Please confirm whether to use realme Clone Phone for transferring data (using third-party phone cloning software may cause compatibility problems).
2. Make sure that the old phone has turned off "Auto connect to the best Wi-Fi", and the names of different phones may be different.
How to turn it off: Pull down the status bar > long-press the Wi-Fi icon > Wi-Fi Assistant > Auto connect to the best Wi-Fi
3. Reconnect the two phones to transfer data again (the last progress will be automatically saved, and you can continue to transfer data from the last progress).
If the above methods do not solve your problem, please go to the nearest realme customer service center for testing.
