Problem phenomenon:

Hear loud wind noise when wearing earphones for outdoor sports or travel (biking, driving with windows open, running) or in a windy environment.

Solution:

The noise formed by the wind eddy current on the surface of the earphone MIC hole is picked up by the MIC and played by the speaker through the noise reduction channel. The stronger the wind, the greater the subjectively experienced wind noise. The wind noise intensity will be different due to the design of the windproof structure of the earphone and the adjustment of the noise reduction parameters, but it cannot be completely eliminated. Wind noise is normal.

Note:

1. If there is wind noise in a normal windless environment or indoor environment, it is recommended that you try to reset the Bluetooth earphone and reconnect to see if it can be restored. If it cannot be restored, please go to the service center for testing;

2. If the model is realme Buds Air 3, you can turn on Wind noise reduction.
