When the phone is running low and the flash may not turn on in certain operating modes, we recommend that you perform the following troubleshooting:
1. To ensure that the mobile phone's power is not too low.
When the phone's power is too low, you can use the flash after you have charged to ensure the standby time.
2. Confirm the phone flash is turned on.
Make sure the flash in the camera settings is set to On, and if it is set to Auto, the flash may not work under well-lit conditions.
3. Make sure the camera is in a mode where the flash is available.
In some specific modes, the flash may not work, such as HDR mode, portrait mode, and so on. Please try again in normal mode.
In case you are facing something extraordinary, then it is recommended to visit the nearest Authorized Service Center. They will examine the fault closely and rectify the trouble.
