1. Please place the scales on a hard, flat floor. It is easy to be dented on soft materials such as soft floors, carpets, or spring pads, resulting in inaccurate data.

2. Step on the scale barefoot, centering the middle with both feet naturally on two sides evenly, the forefoot on the front half of the pattern, and the heel on the second half.
