For realme UI 2.0 & 3.0, there are two shortcuts to enable, one is to set the accessibility button, and the other is to press and hold the volume key.

realme UI 2.0: Settings > Additional settings > Accessibility > TalkBack > Shortcut
For realme UI 1.0, there is one shortcut to enable. That is pressing and holding the volume key.
realme UI 1.0: Settings > Additional settings > Accessibility > Accessibility shortcut > Talkback
realme UI R & S & T & U & Go edition: Settings > Accessibility > Talkback > Talkback Shortcut
1. Accessibility button: Tap the accessibility button on the screen to enable the feature.
2. Press and hold the volume keys: Press and hold both simultaneously for 3 seconds to enable the function.
