Solution:

1. You can turn on the [Eye comfort mode], which can effectively reduce blue light radiation, and adjust the screen light to a more gentle warm light. It can relieve eye fatigue and protect eyesight. Enter the [Search] in the [Settings] and enter the [Eye comfort mode] to turn on this function.

(Note: When the [Eye comfort mode] is turned on, the screen remains yellowish. This is a normal phenomenon.)

2. Avoid using the phone in dim light or dark conditions. Enter the [Search] in the [Settings] and enter the [Auto brightness] adjustment and turn on it. Auto brightness can automatically adjust the brightness of the phone screen according to the ambient light to prevent the strong light from the phone from irritating the eyes.

3. It is recommended that you enable [Auto switch] between bright and dark modes. In the dark mode at night, people's eyes will feel better and more comfortable to watch, which will relieve fatigue to a certain extent.

4. Enter the [Search] in the [Settings] and enter the [DC dimming], turn on this function. [DC dimming] is to control the display brightness by changing the screen power, that is, adjusting the voltage or current. After turning on this function, the screen flickering under low brightness can be reduced.

(Note: Only some models support this function. There may be problems with partial screen display and automatic brightness adjustment.)

5. Control the time of using the phone. It is recommended that you take a rest after using your phone for 30 minutes. Look at the green woods in the distance, and do eye exercises.
