If you forget your privacy password, you can reset your password in three ways: security question, secure email and associated realme account.
Note: You need to set a security question, a secure email address, and an associated account in the privacy password before.
You can reset it using the following methods.
After entering the wrong password once on the privacy password input interface, click Forgot Password.
1. Reset by security question: Enter the answer to the security question to reset the password.
2. Via secure email: Enter the full address of the bound email > enter the verification code received by the email to reset the password.
3. Reset via realme account: log in to the associated realme account and reset the password.
If the above methods cannot solve your problem, please back up your data and bring your purchase certificate to the nearest realme Service Center for help.
