Take realme UI 3.0 as an example: 

Select the corresponding function in the accessibility settings, click the shortcut, and select the "Accessibility Button" method. Get quick access to accessibility features on the screen.

realme UI 7.0 & 6.0 & 5.0 & 4.0: Settings > Accessibility & convenience/Additional settings > Accessibility > Accessibility button

realme UI 3.0: Settings > System settings > Accessibility > Accessibility button

The default is small, select "large" to make the floating accessibility button icon larger.

Transparency when not in use

Settings > System settings > Accessibility > Accessibility buttons > Transparency when not in use

When on, the accessibility button will fade after a few seconds when not in use. The slider below adjusts the fade transparency.
