How to set text-to-speech in Accessibility

In the settings, you can adjust the text-to-speech engine, playback speed, etc., and it will take effect for the text-to-speech function (talkback, reading on-demand) or applications (reading novels).


Setting method:

realme UI 7.0 & 6.0: 

Settings >Accessibility & convenience > Accessibility > Vision > Text-to-speech settings

realme UI 5.0 & 4.0 & 3.0: 

Settings > Additional Settings / System settings > Accessibility > Text-to-speech

 set text-to-speech in Accessibility


realme UI 2.0:

Settings > Additional settings > Accessibility > Text-to-speech (TTS) settings


realme UI R & Go & U & S & T Edition: 

Settings > Accessibility > Text-to-speech


Preferred engine: Speech Service by Google

Language: Following the system language by default, you can manually select the system language, such as Chinese, English, and French.

Speech rate: Adjust the speed of language description, from left to right, from slow to fast.

Pitch: Adjust the pitch of the voice, from left to right, from low to high.
