1. You can quickly switch to the previous app by swiping right from the middle of the bottom edge of the screen.

realme UI 2.0: Settings > Convenience tools > Navigation > Swipe gestures from both sides > Switch to previous app
realme UI 1.0: Settings > Convenience tools > Navigation buttons> Swipe gestures from both sides > Switch to previous app
realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: Settings > System > Gestures > System navigation > Gesture navigation (including Switch to previous app )
After powering it on, you can swiftly switch to the previous application by swiping inwards from either the left or right side of the screen and then pausing briefly to transition to the previous app.
