If the device fails to connect, the new page that appears will prompt "This device has been paired by another account", you need to unpair the device in the previous account and add it again.
You can unlink from realme link app by selecting delete device.
Step 1: Click realme Smart Cam 360 to go to the video page in realme Link.
Step 2: Click Settings in the recording video page to go to Device details.
Step 3: Click Delete device to unlink realme Smart Camera.
