Solution:

1. Check that you have a good network connection.

2. Please set your device Date & time Automatically. Google Play Services sync with their master servers to send and receive data, to do this your device time and date should be correctly set.

realme UI 7.0 & 6.0: Settings > System & updates > Date & time > Set time automatically

realme UI 5.0 & 4.0 & 2.0: Settings > Additional settings > Date & time > Set automatically

realme UI 3.0: Settings > System settings > Date & Time > Set automatically

realme UI 1.0: Settings > Additional settings > Date & Time > Network-provided time

realme UI R & S & T & Go & U: Settings > System > Date & Time > Set automatically

3. Please check that [Download Manager] is enabled.

realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Settings > Apps > App management > Click on the top right corner > Show system. Scroll Down to [Download Manager] > Tap on [Enable] to enable the app.

realme UI 1.0 & 2.0: Settings > App management > App list > Click on the top right corner > Show system.Scroll Down to [Download Manager] > Tap on [Enable] to enable the app.

realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: Settings > Apps > All Apps > Show system.Scroll Down to [Download Manager] > tap on [Enable] to enable the app.

4. Please long press the Google Play > App info > Storage usage > Clear Storage data and Caches. And open it again.

5. If the issue persists, try removing and adding your Google Account on your device.
