If you find that the fingerprint unlocking is not sensitive during use, you can try to solve it from the following aspects:
1. Clean the fingerprint area, if the fingerprint area is dirty or water-stained, it will affect the use.
2. When unlocking, try to fully touch the fingerprint sensor with the belly of your finger;
3. It is recommended that you use the official screen protector. If you replace or tear off it, you need to re-enter your fingerprints;
4. If it is still not sensitive, it is recommended that you add more fingerprints. The fingerprints will be worn in daily life. If one fingerprint cannot be unlocked, please try to use another fingerprint to unlock.
If the above methods do not solve your problem, please back up your data and go to the nearest realme customer service center for testing.
