1. Check whether the charging indicator light is on or off

1.1 If the charging indicator light is not on:

Check that the charging cable and electrical outlet that you are charging your computer with are connected and working properly.

1.2 If the charging indicator light is on but the battery cannot be charged:

Check that you are using the charger that came with your computer and that it is not damaged and working properly.

For best results, use the original charger and make sure it is in good condition. Using a third-party charger or a damaged charger may cause the computer to charge more slowly or damage the computer itself.

Check if you are using battery-draining apps while charging.

In certain power-hungry situations, such as playing games or watching videos, the computer may charge more slowly than usual, or the battery may even drop while the computer is charging. After closing power-hungry applications, check that your computer is charging properly.

2. The problem may be caused by a random system error

Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to force shut down the computer, then disconnect and reconnect the charger to resolve the issue. Perform a forced shutdown, then disconnect and reconnect the charger to reset the computer's charging system.

*If the problem still exists after performing the above solutions, please contact the realme service center for help.
