Mobile data frequently disconnects and reconnects
Solution:
1. This is normal and it is recommended to use the phone in an area with a stable signal.
2. Move to an area with a stable signal and use your phone.
3. Use another app or website, or report this issue to the customer service of the third-party app or website.
4. Contact the customer service of the carrier to check if you have used more data than what is permitted by the plan limit.
5. It is recommended that you open Settings, search for and access VPN, and then disconnect or disable the VPN.
6. Please reset the network settings before using it. If your system version is low, it is recommended that you update to the latest system version.
realme UI 1.0 and above versions: Settings > enter "Reset network settings" in the search bar > Reset network settings/ Reset network & Bluetooth settings
realme UI R & T & S & Go & U Edition: Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
Note: Performing this operation will not wipe any of your data.
If none of the above methods can solve your problem, please back up your phone data and bring your purchase certificate to the nearest authorized realme service center for testing and processing.
