Problem phenomenon:

1. In Settings > Notifications and Status Bar > Status bar, you can't find the switches for mobile data network and Wi-Fi status icons.

2. Mobile network and Wi-Fi icons are not displayed in the status bar.

Causes:

1. In order to view the mobile network and Wi-Fi signal status of the phone directly, realme UI 3.0 and above versions have deleted the mobile data network and Wi-Fi icon switches. Mobile network and Wi-Fi icons can't be turned off.

2. It may be that you have hidden the icon before the last version update. Or you have used the Phone Clone. Other old phone settings have been imported into this phone, resulting in the "Mobile Data network" icon in the status bar not being displayed.

Solutions:

1. It is recommended that you reset the system settings.

realme UI 1.0 & above versions: Settings > Search reset all settings in the search bar > Reset all settings

realme UI R & Go & U & S & T Edition: Go to Setting > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

2. Do not worry. It is a normal phenomenon. The mobile network and Wi-Fi icons can be displayed in the status bar normally.
