Causes:

1. If Bluetooth earphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other devices support separate volume adjustment, the sound may be too loud, too low, or silent after connecting to a phone. After the media volume synchronization is turned on, the volume of the Bluetooth devices such as earphones and speakers will be synchronized with the volume of the phone.

2. Earphone media audio is not turned on.

3. Abnormal or damaged audio source.

4. The Bluetooth earphones are abnormal or damaged.

Solution:

1. Please try to turn on the absolute volume function.

For realme UI 2.0 & above versions:

  • Settings > Bluetooth > Advanced/More settings > Media Volume Sync. Turn on this switch, and the phone will turn on the absolute volume function.

For realme UI 1.0:

  • Turn on the hidden developer options settings: Settings > About phone > Tap Version > Tap Build number 7 times, when "No need, you are already a developer." pops up at the bottom of the screen.

  • Set the absolute volume function: Settings > Additional settings > Developer options, turn on Enable absolute volume function, and the phone will turn on the absolute volume function.

For realme UI R & Go & S & T Edition:

  • Turn on the hidden developer options settings: Settings > About phone > Tap Version > Tap Build number 7 times, when "No need, you are already a developer." pops up at the bottom of the screen.

  • Set the absolute volume function: Settings > System > Developer options, turn off Disable absolute volume, and the phone will turn on the absolute volume function.

2. Please pull down the notification center, long-press the Bluetooth icon to enter Bluetooth settings, and click the icon on the right side of the connected Bluetooth device. Make sure the media audio switch is turned on.

3. If the audio source is abnormal or damaged, the Bluetooth device will be silent. It is recommended that you change to another audio source and try again.

4. It is recommended that you reset the Bluetooth earphones to re-pair or try other earphones.

If none of the above operations can solve your problem, please go to the nearest authorized realme service center for testing.
