No ringtone when a call comes
Solutions:
1. Turn off Do Not Disturb mode to try again.
2. Switch to ring mode to try again.
3. Change a system ringtone to try again.
4. Reset all system settings to try again.
realme 1.0 & above versions: Settings > Search “Reset system settings/ Reset all settings” in the search bar > Reset system settings/ Reset all settings
realme UI R & Go & S & T Edition: Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
Short ringing time for incoming calls.
Solutions:
1. Change a system ringtone to try again.
2. Please avoid pressing the power button when there is a call.
3. Turn off Flip to mute incoming calls to try again.
4. Reset all system settings to try again.

Solutions:
1. Clear the speaker holes to try again.
2. Switch to ring mode to try again.
3. Deep clean the background to try again.
realme UI 1.0 & above versions: Settings > Search for "Process manager" in the search bar > Click Deep cleanup.
realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: not support
4. Press the volume + button to turn up the volume.
5. If the above troubleshooting is invalid, please upgrade the system version to the latest version.
