Problem phenomenon:

No step data or inaccurate step data on realme watches

Cause:

The step-counting algorithm uses the acceleration sensor to calculate the user's steps through a certain algorithm. Some regular movements will be mistakenly counted as step data.

Solutions:

1. Please wear your watch and walk 15 steps in a row. Because realme watches record the step data after 15 steps in a row. If there is any irregular movement or stop within 15  steps, it will recalculate the steps.

2. Please restart the watch to try again.

3. Please reset the watch to try again.

If the above still cannot solve the problem, please visit the nearest realme service center with purchase certification for testing.
