Problem phenomenon:
Phone hangs when using the browser. Web page loads slowly.
Causes:
1. Slow internet can cause web pages to load and display slowly, resulting in lagging.
2. Some websites may have abnormal content or scripts that make the web page lag when you operate it
3. An abnormal web page cache in the browser may also cause lagging when you operate it.
Solutions:
1. Switch to a better network and refresh the web page.
2. Try other web pages.
If other web pages work fine, but only the current one lags, it is usually a problem with that web page.
3. Update the chrome to the latest version and clear the app cache.
You can try clearing the cache and reopening it. If it still lags, you can try updating to the latest version and clearing the app data, then entering again.
Path: Touch and hold the browser app > click App info > click dots in the upper right corner > select Uninstall updates.
Note: Reset the browser will delete the browser bookmarks and historical data, please operate with caution.
