I. Check the Charging Environment and Accessories
1. Inspect the Charging Port and Connections
First, please check the inside of your phone’s charging port for any dust, debris, or liquid. We recommend turning off the phone and using a clean, soft tool to gently clean the port, ensuring it is clean and dry. Next, please unplug and re-plug the three connection points: the charger to the power outlet, the cable to the charger, and the cable to the phone. Make sure all connections are secure and tight.
2. Test Your Charging Accessories
A faulty charger or data cable can cause unstable power delivery, leading to restarts. Please ensure you are using the original charger and data cable. If the issue persists, try using another original charger and cable that you know works properly to rule out damaged accessories.
II. Rule Out System and Hardware Factors
1. Force Restart Your Phone
Temporary software conflicts can sometimes cause this issue. Please disconnect the charger, then press and hold the Power button and Volume Up button together for about 10 seconds to force a restart.
