Problem phenomenon:
After turning on Raise to Wake, the Raise to Wake feature is not working.
Solutions:
1. Please restart the phone and try again.
2. Use Diagnostics of Phone Manager to test the sensor.
realme UI 7.0 & 6.0 & 5.0: Phone Manager > Click three dots in the up right corner > Diagnostics
realme UI 4.0 & 3.0: Phone Manager > Tool > Diagnostics
realme UI 2.0: Phone Manager > Diagnostics
realme UI 1.0: Phone Manager > Quick Check
If the test shows something wrong with the sensor, please go to the service center for testing.
