Causes:

1. App push notifications: Apps often use push notifications to keep users informed about the latest content.

2. Spam or unknown messages from SMS.


Solutions:

1. Disable app notifications: If you want to mute some notifications, you can disable them.

All realme devices: Long press the app icon > App info > Manage notifications > Turn off Allow notifications.

2. Spam protection or Block unknown messages:

Spam protection: Open Messages > Click Account icon > Messages settings > enabled Spam protection.

Block messages:

First, open the Messages app and find the spam text message that you want to block.

Then, long press on the message.

Tap the menu in the top right corner of the screen, and tap Block.

On the pop-up menu, check the Report spam box, and then tap OK.
