Problem phenomenon:

After the realme laptop is reset to factory settings, it shows "Something went wrong  OOBEEULA" and cannot enter the system normally.

Problem causes:

This interface is a Microsoft user agreement interface. If there is a problem with the current network environment or Microsoft's internal server, this page will not be loaded.


Solutions:

1. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to force restart the computer, then re-enter the boot interface and try again.

2. After entering the boot page, when selecting the network, please select another good network environment to retry.


If the above methods cannot resolve your issue, please visit the realme service center to reinstall the operating system.
