1) If the pairing fails, please try to stand on the scale before pairing;
2) Restart the Bluetooth of the phone and then re-pair.
3) Restart the phone and then re-pair.
4) When the battery of the scale is exhausted, it may not be possible to pair it. Please replace the battery of the scale and then pair it again.
(Note: If you have paired the scale with other phones, and the previously paired phone is just by your side, you can try to turn off the Bluetooth of the previous phone and try again).
