Problem causes：
1) The age and height set in the APP are not within the range of body fat measurement:
Age range: 6 years old to 99 years old
Height range: 90 cm~220 cm
2) The surface of the metal electrode of the Smart Scale is dirty or the bottom of the foot of the user is relatively dry. It is recommended to clean the surface of the Smart Scale or the bottom of the foot with a wet towel before measuring.
3) The contact between the foot and the metal sheet on the scale surface is incorrect. Please step on the metal sheet with bare feet, and your feet are naturally distributed on both sides of the scale.
4) When the current user weighs, he/she will step off the scale without waiting for the measurement of body fat data finished (after the weight value on the display flashes twice, the value will be locked and always on, at this time the Smart Scale has completed the measurement of body fat).
