Problem phenomenon:

realme Watch 3 Pro prompts "device not supported" when scanning code to bind devices.


Causes:

1. The realme Link APP is not the latest version.

2. The area set on the realme Link APP does not support the device.


Solutions:

Please follow the steps below:

1. How to update realme link APP? 

Path: Click My > Settings in the APP, you can perform basic settings on the APP and update the APP version.

Note: If it is the first time use. Android users can download and install through Google play, and iOS users can download and install through App store. Or scan the app QR code on the watch to download and install.

2. Check if the realme link APP region is India

Path: Enter realme Link app > My > Settings > Location, please select India (currently only available in India area).
