3. Lock the app in the background of the system to avoid system killing and connection interruption.
4. Select the corresponding purchase area of the product in the area on the watch app.
5. Update the mobile phone system version to the latest version to meet the watch connection requirements.
6. Make sure the watch is near the phone, and the effective Bluetooth connection distance is about 10 meters.
7. Try restarting the watch and phone, and then reconnect.
8. Reset the watch.
9. Connect the watch with another mobile phone.
