Solution:
1. Upon waking up, it is normal for the sleep data on the watch to be unavailable initially. It typically takes around 3 to 5 minutes for the sleep data to be displayed.
2. The sleep duration must be over 1 hour, the watch will record the data.
3. If there is no data at all, please confirm the wearing status and sleeping habits. Using your phone or engaging in other activities while in bed can lead the watch to inaccurately record your sleep time. As a result, the time you actually fell asleep may differ from the time recorded by the watch.
4. If there is no sleep data for standard wear or long-term wear, please update the watch software.
5. Power is too low and the watch shuts down. Please fully charge the watch and try again.
6. Restart the app and try again to get the sleep report updated.
