phone

After turning on this feature, when the screen is on and no operation is triggered, the screen off timer reaches the automatic screen off critical point (dim critical point), and the phone uses the front camera to detect faces.

When the front camera detects a face, the screen remains on until the automatic screen off is triggered again.

Setting method:

realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Settings > Display & Brightness/Display > Screen attention

realme UI R & U & T Edition: Not supported

Note: This feature is only supported by some models; please refer to the actual usage for details.

Triggering Strategy:

1. When the front camera detects a face, the screen remains on until the next automatic screen off is triggered.

2. If the front camera doesn't detect a face, the automatic screen-off takes effect immediately, and the screen goes off.

3. If the camera is unable to properly recognize a face due to low light conditions or other objective factors (such as obstructions or dirt), the Screen attention feature will be disabled for the current time and reset to the next triggering threshold. This may result in the screen not turning off properly (the recognition algorithm is continuously being optimized).

Note: When power saving mode is enabled, the screen-off timer is adjusted to 15 seconds, and Screen attention is not active in this case.
