Problem phenomenon:
Go to Settings> Display & brightness > Screen refresh Rate. 120Hz, Auto select cannot be clicked and cannot be set.
Solution:
1. Please check whether the Screencast is turned on. If so, it is recommended to turn off the screencast and try again;
2. Please check whether the power saving mode is turned on. The power-saving mode will limit the phone's performance and reduce the screen refresh rate. It is recommended to turn off the power-saving mode;
3. Please check whether the power of the phone is sufficient. Low battery conditions will limit the performance of the phone. It is recommended to charge the phone before using it;
4. When recording the screen, the phone will turn on 60Hz by default, the screen refresh rate interface will be grayed out, and it will return to normal after the screen recording;
5. Please check whether the current system version is the latest, please update to the latest version (operation path: Settings > About device > Up to date > Check for Updates).
6. Enter the settings, search for Reset system settings only, and check whether it can be used normally after recovery.
7. Please back up important data in advance, enter settings, search Erase all data, and restore factory settings.
If the above troubleshooting solutions cannot solve the problem, please go to the service center for testing.
