Causes:
The inability of GPS to locate is restricted by many factors. The most important factor is the signal and movement status. In places with poor satellite signals (such as indoors, tunnels, and urban blocks with high-rise buildings, etc.), GPS positioning is slow and the connection fails.
Solution:
1. Please update the realme Link App and watch software to the latest version.
2. Please make sure realme Link is allowed on the Location service of mobile devices. Path: Long press realme Link icon > App info > Permissions > Location > Allow all the time.
3. Connect the watch to the realme Link App for more than 5 minutes every day to ensure the normal download of the satellite ephemeris information so as to be able to locate it quickly.
4. After starting the movement, please keep a static state during the positioning process of the watch, and wait for the watch positioning to succeed before moving.
5. Outdoor open areas should be selected as far as possible to ensure good GPS signal quality.
6. Determine the environment (indoor, outdoor) with the user, asking where the watch GPS is used indoors, downstairs, and near the base station. It will block or interfere with the signal, so it can't be connected. Let it be used outdoors.
