Causes:
1. Poor contact.
2. Abnormal software.
3. If the power button on the remote can turn on the soundbar, there may some issue with the power button on the soundbar.
If the power button on the remote can’t turn on the soundbar, there may some issue with the soundbar.
Solutions:
1. Please Make sure the power cord is connected to Soundbar and the outlet firmly.
2. Please unplug the power cord from the power outlet and power port of the soundbar, then re-plug it after 2 minutes.
If the issue still persists, please visit the service center for detection.
3. Please press the power button on the remote to check if the soundbar can be turned on normally.
If yes, please use the remote to power on the soundbar before visiting the service center.
