Reasons:
1. Phone desktop not responding.
2. This problem may occur if there are too many apps running in the background or if the phone has less than 10% free storage space.
3. Applications incompatible or abnormal causing lag.
4. Phone system anomaly.
Solutions:
1. If the phone does not operate at all when the screen is on, please press and hold the power button and volume up key (about 10 seconds) to force the power off, then restart the phone.
2. It is recommended to close unused apps when using the phone and clean up the phone storage space to avoid phone lag.
Ways to clean up storage space: Go to Phone Manager > Clean up storage > Clean.
3. Update the recently downloaded apps to see if it solves the problem. If it is not resolved, please uninstall the recently downloaded apps and try.
4. Update phone system version.
realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Settings > About device. Click Up to date on the top to check for updates.
realme UI 1.0 & 2.0: Settings > Software update.
5. Restore factory settings.
realme UI 3.0 and above versions: Settings > Search "Reset Phone" in the settings > Reset Phone > Erase all data.
realme UI 1.0 & 2.0: Settings > Additional Settings > Backup & Reset > Erase all data(factory reset) > Erase all data.
realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data.
If the phone still lags frequently, please backup your data and visit realme customer service center to deal with it.
