Problem causes:

1. Issues with the car Bluetooth settings.

2. The connection distance exceeds the effective range.

3. Abnormalities in either the mobile phone's or the car's Bluetooth.

Troubleshooting method:

1. Ensure that the car Bluetooth is turned on and the discoverable mode function is enabled (for specific instructions, refer to the car Bluetooth manual). Otherwise, the phone will not be able to search for the car Bluetooth.

2. Confirm that the discoverable time of the car Bluetooth (usually 60 - 120 seconds) has not elapsed. Once this time limit is exceeded, the phone will no longer be able to detect the car Bluetooth.

3. Check that the number of paired devices stored in the car has not reached its upper limit (the number of supported paired devices can be found in the car Bluetooth manual). If it has, clear some of the less-frequently used paired devices. Otherwise, although the device may be detected, it cannot be paired.

4. Verify that the car Bluetooth is not currently connected to other devices. If it is, disconnect from those devices and then attempt to search for a connection. Otherwise, the device will not be searchable.
