Problem phenomenon:

The booting speed is slow after the first boot, factory reset or system upgrade. The app is lagging after booting.

Cause :

When booting for the first time, resetting factory settings or booting after system upgrade, the system will optimize the applications in the phone, which takes certain amount of boot time. After booting, the system optimization process will continue and the phone load is high at this time. It is normal to experience hanging while using the app.

Solution::

1. The system will optimize the apps in the phone when it is turned on. The more apps there are, the longer it will take to boot, so the boot will be slow. Please wait patiently for the system optimization to be completed.

2. After the upgrade is completed, turn off the screen for 5 minutes and then turn it on again. Wait for the system and application optimization before using the phone, which can effectively alleviate the problem of the phone being stuck.

3. If the phone is still stuck for a long time and cannot be used smoothly after following the above methods, it may be caused by other reasons, and we need to troubleshoot again for you.
